Principal Message
Kia ora e te Whānau,
We are reminded of our Catholic Christian journey as we approach the end of the year and the season of Advent. Last week, Team 0’s beautiful liturgy helped us reflect on the true meaning of this time: welcoming baby Jesus at Christmas.
Mums and Daughters Breakfast
Last Friday, we celebrated our annual Mums and Daughters Breakfast. Our guest speaker, Ms. Catherine Gunn, Principal of Sacred Heart Girls' College in Hamilton, addressed a packed hall of mums. Catherine spoke about the vital role we play as parents and the enduring love and support we provide to our children. Her inspiring message focused on themes of Encouraging ME, Loving ME, Telling ME I’m good enough, and Understanding ME. Thank you to everyone who attended this special occasion.

The SCCS Sports Prizegiving will occur next Thursday, December 5th, at 6:30 p.m. in the school hall. This event celebrates all students who have represented our school in sports such as touch, netball, basketball, and hockey throughout the year. We hope you can join us in acknowledging their achievements.
