Principal's Message

Kia ora e te whānau,
Thank you to all who attended learning discussions last week. These were very useful conversations about progress and learning. If you were unable to attend one of these for your child, please make contact with your classroom teacher through Seesaw and book a time. Teachers are very keen to talk to you about your child’s learning.
We are aware that some days unforeseen circumstances dictate getting to school on time but we also have a number of children who arrive late at school on a regular basis. This is a reminder that school starts promptly at 8.45am and finishes at 2.45pm each day. It is very disruptive for the classroom teacher if students are entering the classrooms late. There will be a note placed in your child’s school bag if they continue to be late.
Hamilton City Council have kindly provided us with some new signage to assist with the safety of our students. The signs that you see outside the school office and in the church car park are there for the safety of your children. Please be mindful and DO NOT park in these areas.
